Editorial Policy

Our principles

  1. Facts from official sources. Release dates, episode counts, chart positions, prices and ingredients come from official sources such as broadcasters, streaming platforms, record labels, distributors, brands and official charts. For release schedules, a reliable news report of an official announcement (for example, a statement from the artist’s agency) can be the source; we link it, and fields seen only on fan or aggregator sites are left blank.
  2. Every fact is sourced and dated. Where-to-watch and where-to-buy information shows the date we last checked it, because availability changes.
  3. Similar, not the same. We explain why a Korean pick is similar (genre, mood, theme, sound, key ingredients or finish). We never say a work copies another, and we never call a product identical to, better than or a “dupe” of another brand’s product.
  4. Works, not people. We don’t publish rumours, relationships, private lives, health, legal matters or controversies about artists, actors or anyone else.
  5. No spoilers. Descriptions stay at the level of an official one-line premise.
  6. No copying. We write our own text. We don’t publish lyrics, scripts, subtitles, full synopses or articles from other publishers, and we don’t upload posters, stills, album covers or photos of people. Music and trailers appear only as links to, or embeds from, official channels.
  7. No health claims. For beauty products we list ingredients, textures, finishes and prices as stated by the brand. We don’t make medical or effectiveness claims.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help collect facts and draft short descriptions. To keep this accurate:

  • Dates, rankings, prices and counts are inserted from our checked data files, not typed by AI.
  • An item appears only after its official source has been opened and checked. Unverified items are left out.
  • Drafts pass automated checks for banned wording (copying claims, health claims, people-focused content) before a person approves them.

Translations

Pages in languages other than English are translated from our English text with AI tools and then checked in a separate review for accuracy, natural wording and the rules on this page. Facts, numbers, links and sources are the same in every language. Titles use the official local title where one exists. If a translation reads wrongly, please tell us at hello@k-remix.com.

Independence

Advertising and affiliate partners have no influence on which picks we publish or how we describe them.
